Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Then you're back on Free, and your cards and tabs stay as they are.
What happens to my family's cards if someone leaves?
The person leaving can copy the cards they added into a personal tab called "From Family". The family decides whether those cards stay on the Family tab. Anything removed sits in a bin for 30 days, so it can be restored.
Is the founder price really for life?
Yes. $10 a year for as long as your Premium subscription stays active. It's for yearly billing only. At checkout, founders can prepay 1 to 5 years upfront and the locked price still applies after those years end.
How do I pay?
By card, on our payment provider's secure page. Prices are in NZD and include GST. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
