How it works

Set up your organisation
Create your organisation in the admin portal, add your branding and connect Microsoft Entra ID.

Assign Cards and Tabs
Choose which Cards and Tabs each group gets, and whether each one is Locked, Pinned, Hideable or Optional.

Force-install with Chrome policy
Deploy the extension through Intune or Group Policy, so nobody has to go looking for it.

Ready on day one
People sign in with their work account and open Chrome to the right links, in your colours.
Four ways to place a Card
Choose, Card by Card, how much say people have. Mix modes on the same Tab.
Locked
Always on the Tab, where you put it. People can't move or remove it.
Pinned
Stays on the Tab. People can move it somewhere that suits them, but can't remove it.
Hideable
On the Tab by default. People who don't use it can hide it.
Optional catalog
Not placed for anyone. It waits in your catalog, and people add it if they want it.

Read Security & Privacy- We don't read browsing history. The extension only replaces the New Tab page.
- Calendar events are fetched live from Microsoft for display and aren't stored.
- Standard OpenID Connect sign-in with Entra ID. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Group sync only works once an admin gives consent.
